Refund policy
30-Day Change-of-Mind Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for change-of-mind reasons (for example: size, preference, or ordering mistake).
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:
* The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it
* Tags must still be attached
* The item must be in its original packaging
* Proof of purchase is required

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
Sizing Responsibility
We provide a detailed sizing chart on our product pages to help customers select the correct size before purchasing.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree that:
* The sizing chart must be followed when selecting a size
* Conversions listed (for example EU 39 = UK 5) are final and should be used as the primary guide
* Returns due to incorrect size selection are considered change-of-mind returns
We do not cover return or exchange shipping costs where the incorrect size was selected despite the sizing chart being available and not followed correctly.
Damages, Faulty Items & Manufacturing Defects
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you believe your item has developed a manufacturing fault, please contact cs@thermafits.com with:
* A description of the issue
* Clear photos or video showing the problem
* Your order number
We will assess the claim and provide a resolution in line with our returns policy.
Wear, Care & Maintenance
Our footwear is designed for winter and outdoor conditions. However, performance and longevity depend on proper use and care.

The following are not considered manufacturing faults:
* Normal wear and tear from regular use
* Gradual reduction in water resistance over time
* Damage caused by excessive or heavy daily use
* Improper storage or drying
* Placing boots directly on heaters or radiators
* Leaving boots wet for prolonged periods
* Use of harsh chemicals or machine washing
* Failure to follow care and maintenance guidance
Waterproof and water-resistant performance can naturally reduce over time, especially with frequent exposure to wet conditions. Proper drying and care help maintain performance.
Issues resulting from improper care, lack of maintenance, or conditions outside normal intended use may not qualify for a repair, replacement, or refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
* Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
* Custom or personalised products
* Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
* Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on:
* Sale items
* Gift cards

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible:
* Items must be unworn, unused, with tags
* Must be returned in original packaging
* Proof of purchase is required
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
